Our client, a leading organization supporting large-scale hiring and recruitment operations, is seeking a Coordinator 5 to join their team. As a Coordinator 5, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition support team, assisting with hiring events, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication among stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location: Remote**
**What's the Job?**
+ Support day-to-day operations of hiring efforts, including scheduling interviews and maintaining logs
+ Coordinate communication channels and ensure timely dissemination of information
+ Partner with recruitment teams and hiring managers to execute program objectives
+ Assist with onboarding processes and ensure readiness for new employees
+ Research, analyze data, and prepare reports on hiring trends and program progress
**What's Needed?**
+ 8+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or administrative support roles
+ Experience supporting hiring managers and recruitment teams in a large enterprise environment
+ Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel (8+ years)
+ Degree or equivalent professional experience in business support or related fields
+ Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
