Coordinator, Tenant Services Job ID 249179 Posted 25-Nov-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Property Management Location(s) Toronto - Ontario - Canada **About The Role:** As a CBRE Coordinator, Tenant Services, you will oversee the coordination of a variety of departmental and financial activities. This role will be onsite supporting property management at Exchange Tower, while also supporting Northbridge Place. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group. **What You'll Do:** + Work with a Market Leader to identify opportunities to improve service delivery to customers. + Create monthly forecasting reports and present to management. + Verify the database of management and leasing contract information is accurate and up to date. + Review and approve vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables (including but not limited to tenant charge backs, account reconciliation and five-day letters) and contract execution process. + Support the contract execution process. + Responsible for review of data integrity across systems. + Ensure compliance with company policy, real estate law, and provincial and federal guidelines. + Facilitates communication of best practices, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations. + Train new team members on policies, procedures, processes, administration and governance. + Coordination of all pre-move in and move-in requirements as well as pre-move out and move-out requirements. Including but not limited to new tenancy memos, tenant set-up/removal across all systems and make-good requirements notification. May participate in the Asset Services internal audit process. + Work with senior management to improve operational compliance, in particular retail tenants follow rules and regulations of the building when it comes to signage, garbage and storage. + Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques. + Assist with the creation and execution of content for the axiis app including tenant events, charitable promotions, local area updates and publicizing tenant programs. Updating of Digital Directories and FCPEX Website. Assist tenants with axiis app onboarding. + Participate on Tenant Service Team with organization of all internal tenant events, i.e., Valentine’s Day, Earth Month, Tenant Appreciation, Waste Reduction Week, Tenant Survey, etc. Impact your team and other teams whose work activities are closely related. + Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. + Additional responsibilities as assigned **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily.
