In this role, you'll be a key player on our Road Feeder Team. This group sets up, manages and operates the 250 plus trucks we deploy worldwide to extend the American Airlines Cargo network and drive additional revenue. + ​This job is a member of the Surface Logistics Team within the Customer Experience Division. + Responsible for providing operational support including field, sales, Sabre input functions and other inquiries. **What you'll do** + Manages domestic and international truck routes by monitoring capacities, schedules, service levels and contractual agreement + Provides other administrative, ad- hoc analysis, and reporting support as necessary + Requires shift work in a 24/7 operation **All you'll need for success** **Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** + ​High School diploma or GED equivalency **Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** + ​College degree + Previous experience in transportation logistics (air, sea, rail, road) + Experience working in Capacity Management in transportation **Skills, Licenses & Certifications** + ​Ability to multi-task, prioritize and possess strong organization skills + Provides superior quality customer service with maximum emphasis on problem resolution + Keen attention to detail, solid analytical skills and demonstrates sound business judgment + Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and an ongoing spirit of fun + Consistently performs at their highest potential and delivers great results + Ability to learn quickly and is adaptable in a changing business environment + Knowledge of AA Cargo products and understanding of the cargo industry is highly desired + Ability to be innovative, forward-thinking and self-starter to help take our Cargo Support efforts to new levels **What you'll get** Feel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: + Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
