Production Services, EMEA supports Netflix titles across the UK and EMEA region — spanning inbound feature films, high-end television, and locally produced content. We ensure each production is equipped with the right resources, insights, and practical support to operate effectively, enabling teams to make well-informed decisions throughout the production lifecycle.
We manage Netflix’s core studio campuses across EMEA — Pinewood Shepperton North & South, Netflix Studios Longcross, and Netflix Studios Uxbridge — and maintain strong relationships with Production Service Companies (PSCs) and studio partners throughout the region. Our projects span large-scale feature films and high-end television productions, requiring careful planning, coordination, and collaboration.
As Coordinator, Production Services, EMEA, you will play a key role in ensuring our team operations run smoothly. You’ll manage day-to-day activity across our studio sites, maintain accurate data across our operational systems, and assist with billing and cost-recovery workflows. You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams, as well as a range of external partners, to help keep information flowing clearly and consistently.
Although based in the UK, this is a role with a global reach, working regularly with colleagues in the US and other regions to support shared operational and financial processes across time zones.
We are seeking someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and effective in communicating with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, in a dynamic and continually evolving environment. This role is well-suited for individuals who are proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn about the production and studio landscape.

Initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps or risks early and help develop practical solutions.
Experience working with senior stakeholders, handling queries professionally and supporting informed decision-making.
An understanding of film or television production environments is beneficial, but most important is your enthusiasm for supporting productions and the teams behind them.
