Coordinator, Logistics - Skilled
We are Hiring a Logistics Coordinator to Join Our Team!

Responsibilities

Administer and operate the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging, and shipping of supplies, materials, and equipment.Prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping materials to manage the flow of goods and optimize warehouse space.Ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.Coordinate the movement of products from the warehouse with all third-party logistics (3PL) companies.Conduct ad hoc system investigations and necessary reporting.Manage all aspects of shipping documentation, including creation of shipment authorization paperwork, verification of packing slips, and coordination with 3PL partners for freight and customs documentation.Handle multiple concurrent tasks and adapt to changing priorities.Manage additional projects and responsibilities as required.Maintain quality, ensure audit compliance, and uphold record-keeping standards.Ensure company quality standards are met or exceeded.Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Essential Skills

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook.Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and shift priorities.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Proven logistics experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
