Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop on board! **Why you'll love this job** • This job is part of the Reservation Technology Team within the Customer and Operations Excellence organization. • Responsible for maintaining and supporting reservations applications (AACoRN, QIK, or GMT) by researching and escalating appropriately the issues reported by local offices, while supporting company policy and procedures as well as hardware related issues. **What you'll do** + Researches reported application issues including open defects and enhancements as needed + Represents the local offices with RES P&P in final application defects, enhancements and project acceptance before implementation + Creates workaround processes for defects and enhancements as needed + Updates WebRef files with application status issues + Effectively communicates upcoming changes or system outages that may affect the reservations operation + Communicates and interacts with a variety of departments in planned and ad hoc projects including but not limited to AACoRN Ops, QIK, GMT, Reservations Policy & Procedures and Training + Provides support to agents and management on all aspects of technical issues + Works closely with support partners to trouble shoot and resolve technical issues + Must be flexible in work schedule as required by implementations and projects **All you'll need for success** **Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training + 2 years of related experience **Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** **Skills, Licenses & Certifications** • Must be self-motivated • Ability with Predictive Analytics by using historical data to forecast demand, anticipate system issues, and enhance resource allocation. • Ability to work with AI systems that predict customer behavior and personalize experiences. • Ability to apply analytics to identify inefficiencies in workflows and optimize processes. • Generative AI for Knowledge Management Leveraging AI to create dynamic FAQs, training materials, and troubleshooting guides. • Able to work with little or no supervision as well as in a team environment • Must be well organized, methodical and pay close attention to detail • Must be able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner • Detailed and working understanding of all applications used in reservations - AACoRN, SABRE, QIKRes, iClaim, Nettracer and others • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills **Language/Communication Skills** + Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization + Physical ability necessary to safely and successfully perform the essential functions of the position, with or without any legally required reasonable accommodations that do not pose an undue hardship. _Note: If the Company has reason to question an employee’s physical ability to safely and/or successfully perform the position’s essential job functions, the HR team generally will engage in an interactive process to determine whether a reasonable accommodation is appropriate.
