Position Summary...

What you'll do...

As a Coordinator for Global Payroll, you will be responsible for working on the incoming communications related to wage garnishments for withholding required funds from associate’ wages, indexing documents, process exception reports to ensure compliance and confidentiality are maintained, and supporting the team as needed with team processes.

Supports the Wage Garnishment team within Payroll Services, responsible for compliance with Federal, State and Local agencies in withholding required funds from associates’ wages.

Ensures compliance with local state and federal laws and regulations and company policies and procedures by analyzing and interpreting reports implementing and monitoring human resource compliance processes implementing action plans to improve performance and ensuring confidentiality of information documentation and assigned records


Provides customer service by responding to customer disputes and ad hoc questions requiring research collaborating with customers to escalate customer inquiries and provide status updates and guidance to management conducting compliance reviews negotiating dispute resolution analyzing interpreting and consolidating information into reporting for customer review and coordinating communication between customer and business areas.

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies data and resources collaborating with managers coworker’s customers and other business partners identifying priorities deadlines and expectations carrying out tasks communicating progress and information determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities and adapting to and learning from change difficulties and feedback

Complies with company policies procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy: and applying these in executing business processes and practices

The hourly wage range for this position is $15.00-$23.00*

‎ 

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
