The Coordinating Nurse provides expert medical guidance and coordinates care for individuals experiencing health issues while traveling, ensuring safe, cost-effective solutions in line with duty of care standards.

 

Location: MilanWorking hours: staggered shifts from Monday to Sunday Full training provided No remote work

We need an experienced nurse like you to deliver expert medical assistance when it matters most.

What You’ll Do: 

 

Manage medical cases for travellers abroad – assess calls, gather clinical details, and provide clear, professional advice.Coordinate care and transport – work with global teams to arrange treatment or other support as needed.Guide patients and clients – ensure safe, cost-effective decisions aligned with policy and duty of care.Collaborate globally – liaise with our Assistance Centres, treating physicians, and claims teams for seamless case progression.

About you:

 

Registered Nurse with acute, emergency or intensive care experienceStrong clinical judgment and communication skillsAbility to adapt to new systems and keep up to date withy new technologyAbility to work in a fast-paced, international environmentPrevious medical assistance or travel health experience is desirableExcellent written and spoken Italian, French and English required.
