You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.

How you will contribute

You will:

Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales including processing of data.Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes.Support the revision/development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes including the provision in suitable media.Test for system implementation and system changes working closely with sales as well as various internal departments and external service providers.Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities.

Experience in customer service, logistics or sales supportBasic knowledge of sales systems and tools (including SAP and MS Excel)Solid communication and problem solving skillsAbility to handle and resolve multiple queries, respond quickly and maintain composure

Ubicación base: Guadalajara.

Tipo de contratación: Rol temporal, cobertura de maternidad extendida

Requisitos:

Disponibilidad para viajar constantemente (3-4 veces al mes, un par de días a la semana, hacia Guanajuato, San Luis Potosí, Morelia).Capacidad analítica.Liderazgo.Facilidad de palabra.Excel intermedio (bases de datos, tablas dinámicas, fórmulas).Experiencia previa en ventas, canal detalle.

Actividades clave:

Visitar los distintos centros de ventas en la región occidente para ar seguimiento y apoyo a supervisores de ventas.Asegurar el cumplimiento de indicadores de ventas, cumplimiento de cuotas, indicadores de go-to-market, efectividades, etc.Capacitar al equipo de ventas detalle.Análisis de información.Apoyo al jefe regional.

Lunes a viernes (horario completo)Sábados (medio tiempo)
