Ensures assigned workstation has a proper level of par stocks and supplies based on daily menus and banquetsSeason food according to recipes and/or Client needsOperates various kitchen appliances such as a food processor, blender, oven, grill and stand mixerManages portions, arranges, and garnishes foodEstimates expected food consumption and, organize preparationEnsures all dishes are prepared and presented according to established standard recipes and presentationsPerforms banquet and kitchen line functions such as sautéing, grilling, preparing sauces, plating and moreCreate daily specialsClean and organize workstation, refrigeration and maintains a clean & sanitary culinary environmentUnderstands and complies with all sanitation, health, and safety standards.Reads, understands, and uses BEOs to create prep lists and then execute accordingly.Sets up and breaks down station including cleaning of equipment and proper storage and labeling of unused products.
