Job Title: CookPosition Overview:
The Cook plays an essential role in providing nutritious meals that support children’s learning and growth. Responsibilities include preparing breakfast, lunch, and snacks; planning menus; ordering supplies; maintaining kitchen cleanliness; and adhering to all nutritional and safety regulations.
The Cook will also assist with staff coverage as needed, including covering classroom and staff breaks, supporting in classrooms, or helping at the front desk when required.
Requirements:Minimum 18 years old (21 in some states)
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of cooking experience preferred
Knowledge of food safety, allergies, and substitutions
