Location: North Hollywood, CA 91605

Assignment Length:

4–5 month contract with possibility of extension

Schedule:

Rotating schedule 40 hours comfortable working weekends

1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm and 5am-1:30pm

Position Summary

The Prep Cook supports the Kitchen Operations Manager with menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas. This role is essential to ensure timely and efficient meal service for clients and events.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and takeaway meals according to instructionsAssist with setup and breakdown of special events and internal cateringCommunicate with the previous shift to ensure continuity and supportMaintain inventory of food and supplies; ensure freshness and timely restockingInspect food for spoilage prior to useProperly label, store, and rotate food items

Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment where collaboration and efficiency are key. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering excellent service and quality food to our customers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.22 - $21.22/hr.
