We are the ambassadors of culture and provide industry leading hospitality services to over 50,000 office workers throughout our properties while allowing their work day to be executed seamlessly. Guest Interaction

Greet guests in the restaurant and inquire about their meal

Preparation

Check in with Sous Chef Daily for objectivesEnsures assigned workstation has proper level of par stocks and supplies according to daily menus and banquets

Meal Planning

Set up a la carte stations required for breakfast, lunch, or dinnerEnsure all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with standard recipes and presentations Performs banquet and kitchen line functions as directed by the Executive or Sous Chef

Collaboration

Work closely with Sales and Planning teams

Problem Solving & Follow-Up

Report maintenance/housekeeping needs and ensure timely resolutionFollow up on requests for accuracy

Team Support and Communication

Maintain effective communication with all operating departmentsBe prepared to assist team members when neededCommunicate any updates or changes

Knowledge & Recommendations

Keep up to date with the latest cooking trends Recommend changes and additions to better operations and food offerings

What are we looking for?

1-2 years previous experience in a professional Kitchen environmentActive Food handler’s certification or the ability to get it Must be willing to work a variety of day/night shiftsRequires strong organizational skillsMust be able to work independentlyAble to be on your feet for long periods of timeAble to lift at least 20 poundsAt least 21 years of age
