Under supervision and in accordance with established procedures and standards. Assembles, prepares and restocks food items for patient staff and visitor meal service. Performs all duties in a cost-effective manner and in accordance with accepted food safety and sanitation standards.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Required four-year experience in food preparation and/or volume feeding operations, preferably in a health care setting. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Any Culinary Arts training is an asset. Demonstrates analytical abilities.
