Job Title: Converting OperatorJob Description

As a Converting Operator, you will be responsible for running and setting up machines, specifically operating a Delta Press using touch screen functions. You will need to read, analyze, and interpret customer measurements and tolerances, including blueprints and job tickets. Additionally, you will setup and insert rotary dies, splice roll material, and adjust speed, tension, and alignment to ensure quality.

ResponsibilitiesRun and set up machines, specifically operating a Delta Press.Utilize touch screen functions for machine operations.Read, analyze, and interpret customer measurements and tolerances.Interpret blueprints and job tickets.Setup and insert rotary dies.Splice roll material together.Adjust speed, tension, and alignment to ensure quality.Essential Skills1 year or more of recent press operator experience in the paper or plastic industry.1 year or more of experience with measuring tools, including tape measures.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working in a cleanroom environment.General labor and production experience.Proficiency in machine operation and general production tasks.Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
