You will lead a team supporting our growth and the delivery of excellent business results within the Convenience Channel. You will be responsible for converting in-depth shopping, omni-channel retail environment insights, and retailer data into category, retail, and customer strategies and recommendations to drive top and bottom-line results. You will ensure shopping insights are integrated into marketing plans and programs and support the cross-category shopper insights agenda. The ideal candidate will possess strong team leadership, data analysis skills, business acumen, and exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities. **How you will contribute** **:**
+ Lead and develop a team to execute convenience channel and retailer-specific strategies using data, shopper insights and segmentation to drive growth.
+ Leverage data (syndicated, retailer, shopper) to identify opportunities and optimize performance andinform business reviews with deep analysis on drivers to accelerate growth
+ Create and present Category Reviews, selling stories, new item analysis, assortment recommendationsand seasonal reviews
+ Provide insight into the impact of promotional strategies to the customer and sales team
+ Learn and drive digital commerce analysis and recommendations with customers
+ Support ad hoc analytics and reporting requests from customer and sales team
+ Lead report automation across POS sources (Nielsen, Circana, CRX, etc.)
+ Partner cross-functionally to provide share forecasts for sales team
+ Utilize diverse data sources—including internal customer data, syndicated data, shopper insights, and market research—to address current business challenges, define trends, and identify new growth opportunities.

+ Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
+ High level of intellectual curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit
+ Significant experience translating large amounts of data into actionable insights to provide clear recommendations and influence strategy and tacticsConsistent track record of success in creative thinking, project management, functional/technical skills, decision quality, problem solving and business acumen.
+ Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
+ Strong analytical and presentation/interpersonal skills (Written and Verbal).
+ Ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong technical experience with software skills relevant to shopper research and category management functions. This includes syndicated data systems (Nielsen, Circana, Panel data, retailer systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
+ Convenience experience preferred; but not required
The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
