**Job Title: Low Voltage Technician** Job Description We are seeking a skilled Controls Technician to join our team on a significant data center project in Berwick, PA. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in constructing low voltage electrical systems and a solid understanding of industry standards and safety protocols. This role involves conducting service activities on-site, coordinating, installing, and commissioning building automation and security management systems. You will work independently or collaboratively to ensure project specifications, standards, budgets, and schedules are met. Responsibilities + Assist with commissioning and startup of new Control Systems to ensure proper operation. + Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Control Systems wiring, hardware, and software. + Identify communication issues with control devices and other components. + Create, load, test, and tune system databases. + Install, replace, and recommission Control Systems devices, equipment, and software. + Coordinate activities of subcontractors as required. + Provide on-site training to customers as needed. + Offer emergency and warranty services as required. + Create and maintain test records and as-built documentation. + Conform to project site safety and housekeeping requirements. + Assist and support in basic field startup using standard startup and checkout processes. + Assist technicians and/or project managers in maintaining as-built markups for field-directed changes to design documentation. + Assist project managers with material delivery, logistics, and LOT management. Essential Skills + At least 2 years of applicable controls experience. + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. + Ability to commute to Berwick, PA. + Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Familiarity with low voltage electrical systems and control systems. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
