Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Controls Technician who is proficient in writing and modifying PLC code, as well as programming and installing cameras and sensors. This role involves hands-on work, supporting the production floor with maintenance, and occasionally being on-call.
ResponsibilitiesWrite and modify PLC code to enhance system functionality.Add and install sensors to secondary systems.Program and install Keyence cameras, ensuring optimal performance.Support the production floor with maintenance tasks as needed.Troubleshoot and repair VFD motor controllers and related equipment.Mount sensors, including drilling, tapping, and running wiring.Be stationed in one facility but be flexible to work in multiple buildings as needed.Essential SkillsProficiency in PLC programming and controls experience.Hands-on mechanical skills, including installation and troubleshooting of VFDs and sensors.Experience with Keyence cameras.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to support production and maintenance operations.Flexibility to work occasional weekends and be on-call as required.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work primarily in a facility with occasional movement between buildings. The position involves a standard Monday to Friday day shift, with occasional weekend work and rare on-call duties. Be prepared for hands-on mechanical tasks and a dynamic production floor environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
