We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on control systems and facility infrastructure. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement system upgrades and ensure the efficient operation of all control systems.
Pay: $30.00hr - $40.00hr (based on experience)Shift: 1st shift, 9:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday
Job Responsibilities:Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on control systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and other automation equipment.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement control system upgrades and improvements.Maintain accurate documentation of control system configurations, changes, and maintenance activities.Conduct light maintenance tasks such as repairing fixtures, performing minor plumbing and electrical repairs, and ensuring general upkeep of the facility.Assist in the coordination of facility-related projects and improvements.Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
Essential Skills/Qualifications:Experience with Allen-Bradley control systems.Preventive maintenance experience.Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting.Knowledge in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repairs.Experience with GMP, SOP, and FDA regulations.Preferred experience in FDA, Cleanroom, or Food and Beverage environments.

Work EnvironmentWork in a cleanroom environment with shifts from 9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday.Be part of a maintenance team of six and be on call for weekends once every six weeks.Pay and Benefits
