Principal Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the implementation of a broad, coordinated set of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of Trane contracting project.
· Planning project’s timeline and schedule. Budgeting for the necessary resources and tools needed to achieve the project’s goals.
· Oversee all project’s work streams. Document progress and milestones and barriers to success. Report project’s status to stakeholders. Cultivating contacts with vendor requirement planners or developers as needed. Resolve project issue’s as they arise.
· Responsible for end to end testing, downloading programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
· May manage projects, from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project execution to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame and with available resources.
Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in any Engineering course.
Candidate must have (5) or more years of work experience in Project Management, Controls and/or Building Automation System (BAS).
Background and/or exposure on Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industries is an advantage.
· Communication - Must be able to clearly articulate the goals of the client and translate that into the ideas behind our work and explain key processes and procedures.
· Ability to adhere and follow project management budgets.
· Ability to work well in a cross-capability team Organization and attention to detail is essential.
· Strong client management skills are a must.
· Deep understanding of standard project management.
· Understanding of resource management and planning including use of resource management software and other relevant project management tools.
Willing to do field work activities and may render extended working hours due to nature of the job.
