Job Description - Responsible for the execution and financial deliverables of all individually assigned projects. - Engages with the contract teams associated with each project to establish rapport with all affected firms. Seeks to understand the individual impact of each firm on the success of the company.   - New builds and renovation work design build all commercial work  - Mainly focused on commercial office buildings, k-12 education, high end new build residential, federal work  - Be the point person on Projects from start to finish  - Running costumer kick off meetings --> managing the build out --> scheduling --> managing a budget --> - Managing 10-15 projects at a time all in different parts of the cycle We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Must haves:  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field and/or a combination of five years of experience in project management in the HVAC industry preferred.  • Knowledge of construction cycles and construction projects  • Must possess excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet competing deadlines.  • Experience with Microsoft Project and BlueBeam  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs  • Excellent customer relation and presentation skills.  • Must have basic PC experience in Windows environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).  • Ability to commute within a defined region. Overnight travel is not typical. - Must be public trust eligible)
