Controls Engineer – LabVIEW

Location: Waukesha, WI

Travel: Only 5% (Mainly regional)

Compensation: $95k - $125k

What You'll Do:

Design and program automated test systems using LabVIEW Integrate sensors, I/O, vision systems, and safety controls into robust test equipment Troubleshoot, debug, and support installations both in-house and at customer sites Own full project cycles from design to deployment Collaborate with engineering teams and communicate directly with customers Write structured, modular, and version-controlled code

What They’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in automated manufacturing or test equipment Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience Three (3) years' of LabVIEW programming experience Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, schematics, and mechanical systems Excellent communication and multitasking skills Ability to solve complex problems and thrive under tight deadlines Authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid driver’s license
