Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Controls Engineer to join their dedicated team. As a Controls Engineer, you will be an integral part of the engineering department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent teamwork, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $35/h + benefits

What's the Job?

Analyze plant processes to identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies. Design and implement electrical control systems to optimize manufacturing operations. Troubleshoot hardware and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. Plan and execute preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety. Collaborate with team members to detect problems and develop effective solutions, upholding quality and safety standards.

What's Needed?

Experience in electrical engineering or related field, with 2+ years of experience Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve hardware and process issues. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Knowledge of plant processes and preventative maintenance strategies. Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
