Controller

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead all financial management and operational support functions for our organization. This role oversees financial planning, accounting operations, treasury, risk management, benefits administration, and cross‑functional coordination. Candidates must bring strong manufacturing experience and a proven ability to drive financial performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Oversee financial management for information systems investments.Manage cash flow, banking relationships, credit, and financing activities.Direct controllership functions: financial reporting, cost accounting, AR/AP, payroll, tax planning, and audits.Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.Manage retirement and benefit programs, including profit‑sharing and pension plans.Lead and develop finance and accounting teams.Serve as primary liaison for legal, financial, IS, and administrative matters.Produce meaningful management reports to guide cost control and performance.Review, analyze, and negotiate contracts.Oversee employee benefit program design and administration.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred.7–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial reporting.Proven leadership experience in finance and accounting operations.Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Circle Pines, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

401k match, 50% up to 3%\nMedical, dental, eye, short term disability, and basic life.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Circle Pines,MN.
