The role oversees the full scope of the organization’s financial management and operational support functions, including:\n\nFinancial Planning & Analysis: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision‑making.\nInformation Systems Finance: Manage planning, budgeting, and forecasting for information systems investments and operations.\nTreasury Management: Oversee cash management, banking relationships, credit administration, and financing activities.\nControllership: Direct financial and operational reporting, general and cost accounting, internal controls, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, tax planning, and coordination of financial audits.\nRisk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.\nRetirement & Benefit Oversight: Manage profit‑sharing plans, pension funds, and related compliance.\nTeam Leadership: Lead and develop the finance and accounting departments to ensure high performance and operational excellence.\nCross‑Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for legal, financial, information systems, and administrative matters.\nManagement Reporting: Establish and maintain meaningful operational and financial reporting to guide cost management and overall financial performance.\nContract Administration: Review, analyze, and negotiate contracts to protect the organization’s financial and operational interests.\nEmployee Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of employee benefit programs.

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
