Description The role oversees the full scope of the organization’s financial management and operational support functions, including: Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision‑making. Information Systems Finance: Manage planning, budgeting, and forecasting for information systems investments and operations. Treasury Management: Oversee cash management, banking relationships, credit administration, and financing activities. Controllership: Direct financial and operational reporting, general and cost accounting, internal controls, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, tax planning, and coordination of financial audits. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks. Retirement & Benefit Oversight: Manage profit‑sharing plans, pension funds, and related compliance. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance and accounting departments to ensure high performance and operational excellence. Cross‑Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for legal, financial, information systems, and administrative matters. Management Reporting: Establish and maintain meaningful operational and financial reporting to guide cost management and overall financial performance. Contract Administration: Review, analyze, and negotiate contracts to protect the organization’s financial and operational interests. Employee Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of employee benefit programs. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $130000.00/yr. 401k match, 50% up to 3% Medical, dental, eye, short term disability, and basic life.
