We’re seeking a strategic and driven Controller to elevate our financial operations and guide our accounting team toward excellence. This role offers a clear path to leadership positions such as Director or CFO, making it ideal for professionals ready to take the next step in their career.

Day to day duties:

Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and manage a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and analytical rigor.Financial Reporting & Close: Own the monthly and annual close processes, ensuring precision and timeliness in financial reporting.Cost Accounting Expertise: Apply cost accounting principles in a manufacturing setting to support operational and strategic decisions.Compliance & Controls: Uphold robust internal controls and ensure financial practices align with regulatory standards and efficiency goals.Strategic Financial Guidance: Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights that drive informed decision-making.

Skills and Qualification Required

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related fieldDemonstrated success in leading financial operations, preferably within manufacturingDeep understanding of financial reporting and cost accounting methodologiesProven ability to lead, mentor, and grow accounting professionals

PLUS:

CPA or CMA certification

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
