Description

The Business Manager/Controller will be responsible for the financial operations of a Heavy Civil Construction company. The Business Manager will report to the and President of Suulutaaq and Tumeq LLC CFO and will be responsible for managing the business and administrative operations of the company. Business Manager/Controller will join a team of sr managers in reporting to the President and providing the sr management for all aspects of Suulutaaq and Tumeq LLC. The specific functions assigned to the Business Manager include company and project job cost accounting, human resources, office administration and operations, compliance and supervision of admin staff.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

•\tMinimum of 15 years of experience in project cost accounting, business management and administration of directly related roles.

•\tMinimum of 10 years of experience in project cost accounting in construction.

•\tMinimum of 5 years of experience in federal construction project job cost accounting.

•\tMinimum of 10 years of experience in preparing, tracking, and administration of contracts, sub-contracts, individual work orders, teaming agreements and similar agreements

•\tDemonstrated ability to work closely with construction project managers, estimators, and engineers.

•\tDemonstrated commitment to working in a team-oriented environment to develop policies and systems that assure compliance in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
