Description + Overseeing daily accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations + Manage the internal accounting team of 3 accountants including ( sr. , junior and staff) + Maintaining a documented system of accounting policies and procedures according to local and national governmental standards. + Through analytical evaluation prepare and manage complete financial statements, financial reports, corporate annual reports, and orderly account filing systems. + Assist accounting team to ensure payroll processing on time and make sure the facility of all reasonable discounts is availed among employees + Manage periodic bank reconciliations and debt payments. + Regulate and manage the production of budget, forecast and by partnering with the CFO have full control over accounting transactions + Coordinate with the stakeholders and owner team in capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations to make profitable decisions across all markets. + Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding finances, tax filings, and reporting + Helping guide the company's strategic financial decisions, and providing strategic financial planning for the company best future. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, and other related fields. + Proven experience in a Controller/Leadership position. + Understanding of Deltek Vantage Point or Deltek Vision + CPA or CMA designated candidates will be preferred. + Good verbal communication skills and organizational skills. + Knowledge of the local, state, and federal government rules and regulations. + Engineering industry experience and knowledge Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $75.00/hr.
