What your responsibilities will be

 

You will provide financial business support to the company’s management and work closely with the Plant Controllers in order to analyze the actual results and variances compared to the business plan. You will participate in the SAP S/4 HANNA migration, ensuring smooth transition across key business processes. You will lead support and integration processes for new manufacturing plants within the controlling scope. You will be the product costing responsible for Biopharma BU. You will perform month end closing duties such as SAP reposting, analysis, and reporting of the results. You will support the forecast and budget processes of the Manufacturing area. You will provide accuracy and business understanding of the information for the best decision making of the stakeholders. You will participate in corporate projects to improve the business performance (new IT tools, “best practices” projects among the manufacturing plants worldwide, support in new acquisitions). You will assist in maintaining the controlling Master Data. You will perform assigned tasks using established procedures with sound judgment, evaluation and critical thinking.

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering. You bring 5+ years of experience in controlling department You have knowledge of fundamental accounting and cost accounting concepts, practices and   procedures. You bring knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles (e.g. standard costing). You have experience working with Material Ledger and Actual costing processes You have experience working on system integrations across SAP and non-SAP platforms You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language (CAE qualified). You have computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint). You have strong Excel skills, i.e. knowledge of V-Look Ups, Pivot Tables, basic accounting formulas, etc. You have the ability to identify continuous improvement measures. You must be proactive, results oriented, and have strong attention to detail. You are a self-starter with strong work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment. You have the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines. You have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis. You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model (2 days remote working)

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
