For more information, please visit www.brightstarlottery.com . **Responsibilities** Application and Infrastructure Monitoring and first point of contact for large incidents or problems related to Italian (Lotto, 10eLotto, Millionday, GeV, LIT) and International (Sazka) Lottery Customer. Control Room Italy guarantee H24 7 days for week to monitor all applications and services to detect and manage all the potential issues for the Customers: + Work on shifts H24 7 days for week + Application and Service Monitoring + Application Incident & Change Management + Batch monitoring + Infrastructure monitoring and management (standard configurations) + Application Management: troubleshooting following standard procedures + Customers/Business Services: Italian Lotteries, Lottomatica, Sazka / Czech Republic + Italian point of sales service activities (badge replacement) and remote retailers (i.e. Sisal, SNAI, Lottomatica) + Monitoring and support activities during the italian Lottery draws (Lotto, Millionday, 10elotto) + Datacenter proximity activities (e.g. tape backup moving) + Monitoring and management of application-type alarms on Linux and Windows systems using operational procedures **Requirements** + Microsoft Office tool + English language (spoken and written) + Basic Server Operating System Management knowledge (Windows / UX Server) + (Preferable) Basic Knowledge/some experience on tool/dashboard for monitoring (i.e. Jira, Kibana) and Jira for trouble ticketing **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or Technical certificate **Soft Skills** + Team working + Problem solving + Driving result + Tech & business communication to internal and external customers **Professional Experience** A profile with experience in IT and in the IT processes (Monitoring, Incident, Change) is considered preferable. **Success Profile** • Leading Complexity • Leading People • Leading the Business • Leading Self \#LI-JB1 #LI-Hybrid Brightstar is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve, and to creating a fair and inclusive culture that enables all our employees to feel valued, respected and engaged.
