The Control & Reporting Analyst in Financial Reporting is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of both the banking process and key financial accounts for Frito-Lay US. Responsibilities The Analyst performs general ledger account reconciliations, investigates banking discrepancies, and manages various government reporting responsibilities. This role works closely with the financial reporting and accounts payable groups to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting. The Analyst role is also responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements, as well as the implementation of new business analytic tools. In addition, this role ensures compliance with SOX and PepsiCo accounting policies. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
