Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprintsWire and assemble electrical control panels with accuracy and attention to detailTerminate wires, label components, and ensure proper routingInstall pre-wired panels into control boxes and enclosuresUse hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers) and power tools (drills, impact drivers)Follow control documentation and safety proceduresAssist with mechanical assembly tasks as needed
QualificationsExperience in panel wiring, electrical assembly, or related tradesAbility to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprintsFamiliarity with shop tools and wiring techniquesBasic computer and math skills (fractions, decimals)Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsPositive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
