Job Description

Join our dynamic custom controls department, where you will work on assembling custom control units, including control panels and HMIs, specifically designed for specialty and hazardous locations. Your role will involve utilizing wiring diagrams and schematics to build panels from scratch, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization according to 5S standards. Initially, you will be shadowed by a colleague to familiarize yourself with our processes and expectations.

Must HavesMinimum of 5 years experience in building control panels from scratch.Proficient in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics.Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Assemble control panels and other control solutions such as HMIs.Utilize wiring diagrams and schematics to construct control panels from scratch.Maintain cleanliness and organization of materials and work area according to 5S standards.Ensure all work is compliant with safety and quality standards for specialty/hazardous locations.Work independently after an initial shadowing period.

Work Environment

Enjoy working in a very nice, clean, and air-conditioned shop with a dedicated work area and bench. The facility is organized according to 5S standards. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 6am to 4:30pm, with potential additional hours on Friday and Saturday as required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
