**Job Title: Control Panel Technician** **Pay: $27 - $29/hr** **Shift: First (1st) shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday** **Location: Middleboro, MA** **Job Description** Responsible for the building and wiring of all electro/mechanical and pneumatic products needed to meet our customers’ requirements. This includes panel layout and wiring, electro-mechanical assemblies, and machine wiring. **Responsibilities** + Layout and build electrical and pneumatic panels from schematics and method sheets. + Integrate completed panels into splicing machines from schematics. + Perform duties utilizing a variety of hand/power tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, hammers, tape measures, crimpers, and strippers. + Accurately complete job logging through Epicor to account for assembly times. + Verify that parts are free of flaws, defects, or imperfections and properly reject non-conformant parts. + Cross-train in other areas as necessary to keep production running. + Maintain proper certifications such as UL MTR (manufacturer’s technical representative). + Present high standards of quality and safety at all times. **Essential Skills** + Experience in control panel assembly (at least 2 years). + Ability to read and work from drawings, schematics, and follow verbal instructions. + Strong attention to detail. + Experience with basic electrical test instruments. + Capable of working with minimal supervision. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED equivalent. + Prior education or training in electrical and pneumatic assembly. + Capable of lifting 35 pounds. + Capable of standing on feet for an entire workday. + Able to climb and work from ladders. + Must demonstrate good housekeeping and safe working habits. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes Paid Time Off, Medical and Dental Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, and a 401(k) plan. **Work Environment** The role is based in a clean, organized manufacturing environment.
