**Job Title:** **Control Panel / Electrical Assembler** **Pay:** $23-25/hr **Schedule:** Full-Time, Day Shift 7am-3:30pm **About the Role** Join a growing team that builds **large-scale custom water purification and reverse osmosis systems** for sports stadiums and major commercial facilities. This is **not a repetitive production line job** —every project is unique, offering new challenges and opportunities to learn. You’ll assemble and wire control panels, run conduit through piping systems, and work from detailed schematics and blueprints in a **clean, air-conditioned shop environment** . **Key Responsibilities** + Assemble and wire control panels for custom water purification systems + Interpret and work from schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams + Drill, tap, and build panels while integrating with piping systems + Run conduit and wiring through piping systems + Collaborate with a skilled team to complete project-based work **What We’re Looking For** + **1–2 years** experience in control panel wiring and assembly + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics + Skilled with hand and power tools + Experience with conduit wiring and panel building + Accurate tape measure reading (inches & centimeters) **Preferred:** + Knowledge of AC/DC voltage + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs + Experience inspecting and testing panels + Pre-Apprentice Electrician or Electrician experience **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
