As a Control Management Professional in our Finance team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Job Responsibilities

Work on oversight and monitoring of Reg W transaction balances (between Bank & their Affiliates) performing Limit Analysis. Perform various controls to ensure all the Reg. W exposures have been reported timely.Work on ASAP attestation, Limit Review, Quarterly Supervisory Review, Quarter End Deck.  Work with Central Reg W team to implement controls and monitoring to ensure on daily and/or weekend balance reporting requirement, affiliate breakout check, etcResolve/ Assist/ Guide Reg W stakeholders issues/queries for new Reg W covered transaction and Incident write up process for Reg W incidents and their ancillary activities.  Submit information to the Firmwide Reg W Lead on purchase of affiliate securities during the Board Reporting process.    Support special/ ad hoc projects, as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum 4 years accounting/finance experience minimum Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/Finance Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements Strong interpersonal skills, relationship building and influencing skills to with the ability to effectively partner with all levels of management across numerous teams. Strong analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables, v-lookups) and PowerPoint, Microsoft Access desirable Audit, internal control, product or financial control experience preferred Experience designing applications a plus
