As a Senior Associate Control Manager within the Consumer and Community Banking team, you will identify and mitigate compliance and operational risks to ensure secure and efficient operations. Job responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze risks and controls, proactively identify gaps and root causes, and advise on solutions.
• Design, implement, and monitor controls using automation, AI, and data analytics.
• Review program data, utilize analytics and visualization tools, and create reports to support business decisions.
• Lead Risk & Control Self-Assessments, including process walkthroughs and mapping exercises.
• Manage or support control program projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving improvements through technology.
• Apply digital risk management, agile methodologies, and automation to advance organizational goals.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Five years of experience in financial services, with a background in controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management.
• Independently applies risk management practices, executes escalation procedures, and assists others with standard risk matters.
• Utilizes change management resources and supports stakeholders through moderate change.
• Influences others using facts and data, facilitates solutions, and engages productively across the business.
• Establishes productive relationships with internal stakeholders and adapts to stakeholder needs.
