Control-M Enterprise Migration Lead
Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Control-M Enterprise Migration Lead to join their team. As a Control-M Enterprise Migration Lead, you will be part of the IT Infrastructure department supporting various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** **Control-M Enterprise Migration Lead(Mainframe and Distributed)** **Location: Remote(EST/CST Preferred)** **Contract on W2** **What's the Job?** + Lead the end-to-end migration of Control-M jobs from decentralized servers to an enterprise Control-M model. + Collaborate with infrastructure, mainframe, application, and security teams to gather requirements and build migration plans. + Standardize job templates, naming conventions, and governance across business units. + Rebuild or refactor existing job flows for mainframe (z/OS), Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms. + Monitor, test, and validate all migrated jobs and dependencies. **What's Needed?** + 5+ years experience with Control-M, including both distributed and mainframe (z/OS) environments. + Hands-on migration experience to enterprise Control-M. + Scripting ability (e.g., Shell, PowerShell, Python). + Knowledge of Control-M integrations (e.g., SAP, Informatica, cloud, DevOps). + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to lead a significant migration project in a dynamic environment. + Work with a diverse team of professionals across various disciplines. + Enhance your skills and expertise in workload automation and governance. + Contribute to the development of standardized processes and best practices. + Be part of a forward-thinking organization that values innovation and collaboration.
