This role serves as a central point of coordination for subcontract reviews, licensing/registration matters, internal approvals, and third‑party compliance requests, working closely with the Director of Legal Affairs and cross‑functional stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesContract Review & Administration
Perform first‑level reviews and redlines of subcontract agreements, vendor contracts, and project‑specific agreements, flagging legal and commercial issues for escalation and review.Track and manage contract revisions, client/vendor rejections, and follow‑ups to resolution.Maintain and update contract tracking spreadsheets and status logs for internal visibility.Entity & Corporate Compliance Support
Maintain entity‑level records including addresses, officers, directors, and jurisdictional information.Assist with Delegation of Authority updates and supporting documentation in coordination with Legal and Finance.Support corporate compliance initiatives by organizing and maintaining SharePoint‑based repositories and internal reference materialsInsurance, Surety & Tax Support
Coordinate responses to insurance, bonding, and surety requests, including providing entity data and authorized signatory information.Assist with tax‑related documentation requests (e.g., W‑9s, IRS forms, EIN confirmations) in collaboration with Legal and Finance.Cross‑Functional Coordination
Act as a liaison between Legal and internal teams (Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance) to triage requests and ensure proper routing.Participate in recurring process improvement and contract workflow meetings with Legal leadershipCommunicate directly with external vendors, contractors, clients, and consultants regarding contract and compliance matters QualificationsRequired Qualifications
Completed Bachelors Degree required 1+ years experience supporting contract review, compliance, licensing, or legal operations (construction, infrastructure, or regulated industries strongly preferred)Strong written communication skills, including the ability to summarize contract issues and explain rejections or proposed languageProficiency with Excel and document management systems (SharePoint experience preferred)High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlinesComfort working across multiple legal entities and jurisdictionsPreferred Qualifications

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule. Employees will be expected to work in the Westminster, CO office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The expected base pay range for this position in the Colorado area is $68,000-$80,000 Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits.
