Responsibilities\n\nEntry and processing of assigned Program and Divisional orders in ERP system \nBack-up to the Contracts Shipment Analyst -( back end, submitting into external data base for customers to accept the shipment)\nRoutine interface with the Shipping, Quality and Finance Departments.\nOther duties as assigned.\n \n\nBelow is the description of the responsibilities as well as qualifications. \n\nQualifications\n2+ years of administrative or contracts experience and Associates degree.\nProficient computer skills, including Excel and Word\nExperience with SAP is a must.\nAccurate data entry experience.\nAttention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work to daily deadlines.\nAble to proficiently work independently as well as collaborating within a team.\nKeen problem solving skills – see a problem create a solution or ask for help.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills – English Proficiency Required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.70 - $33.66/hr.
