Contracts / Operations Assistant
Job Title: Contracts / Operations AssistantJob Description The Contracts / Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting various supply chain tasks, focusing on the purchasing, shipping, and receiving of parts and accessory inventory. The role extends to providing support in material management for all departments, ensuring seamless operations. Responsibilities + Order, track, and maintain appropriate inventory levels of parts and accessories. + Update inventory data in ERP and CRM systems. + Verify vendor or internal paperwork and post transactions in ERP. + Process purchase orders for requests from multiple departments and send orders to vendors as required. + Handle internal communication via email, Teams, or designated reports. + Support the parts department with technical research and customer order fulfillment. + Assist with the cycle count program and physical inventory counts. Essential Skills + Proficiency in data entry. Work Environment This is a full-time in-office position within a manufacturing environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
