They allocate data center opportunities between bitcoin mining and other high performance computing services, such as AI. They continue to develop there pipeline of power capacity at high-quality data center sites, either for bitcoin mining or HPC. Position Description: Our Client is seeking a dynamic Contracts Manager to oversee the preparation, negotiation, execution, and administration of vendor and supplier contracts for hyperscale data center construction projects. This role ensures contracts are clear, enforceable, and aligned with project needs while standardizing and facilitating the vendor onboarding process. Responsibilities: + Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including master supply agreements, purchase orders, and construction contracts. + Ensure contract terms address scope clarity, schedule commitments, and risk allocation. + Develop and maintain standard contract templates to reduce contract cycle time. + Facilitate vendor onboarding with a focus on contract execution and compliance documentation. + Act as the primary contract interface with legal counsel and PMO leadership. + Support contract administration activities like amendments, change orders, and claims avoidance. + Guide Project Managers on contract interpretation and compliance. Qualifications: + 8–15+ years of experience in contracts management, commercial management, or procurement contracting. + Strong background in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects. + Demonstrated experience negotiating supplier and contractor agreements. + Solid understanding of construction law principles, risk allocation, and change management. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
