We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Manager to oversee the execution and administration of service-related agreements, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Master Services Agreements (MSAs). This role will focus specifically on contracts supporting IT and marketing services, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery across all documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Draft, review, and execute SOWs, NDAs, and MSAs for IT and marketing service engagements.
+ Manage the full lifecycle of service contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal standards.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate contract negotiations and approvals.
+ Maintain organized records and tracking systems for all contract documentation.
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in contracts management within a for-profit organization, specifically handling service agreements (not goods) in IT and/or marketing.
+ Proven experience executing NDAs and SOWs.
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ Contract administration and management.
+ Strong understanding of SOWs, NDAs, and MSA.
+ Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $97000.00/hr.
