The Contract Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of contracts related to data centre construction, operations, and vendor management. This role ensures that all contractual obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and agreements align with business objectives and compliance standards.

About the Job:

Contract Lifecycle Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, contractors, and service providers.Risk & Compliance: Identify contractual risks and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate policies.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with legal, procurement, engineering, and operations teams to align contract terms with project goals.Performance Monitoring: Track contract milestones, deliverables, and KPIs; manage renewals and amendments.Dispute Resolution: Handle claims, variations, and disputes in coordination with legal counsel.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to senior management on contract status and risks.

About You:

Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management / procurement, preferably in data centre, construction, or infrastructure sectorsFamiliarity with FIDIC and/or NEC contractsSolid understanding of data centre operations and vendor managementStrong negotiation and contract drafting skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software/tools
