As a Contracts Lead, you will be part of the procurement and legal support department supporting site operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Contracts Lead **Location:** Gregory, TX 78359 **Pay Range:** $39/HR + Benefits **Contract Duration:** 12-Month W2 Contract (No C2C) **Key Job Functions:** Lead negotiations of contract pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers. Manage full procure-to-pay (PtP) processes in compliance with procurement standards. Maintain and optimize contract portfolio, including scope, pricing, and amendments. + Monitor supplier performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure contractual obligations are met. + Identify and execute opportunities for business value within the contract portfolio. + Develop strong internal and external relationships to support business needs. + Share market intelligence and contribute to strategic procurement planning. + Provide process improvements in risk management and procurement controls.
