Contracts Administrator
Job Title: Contracts AdministratorJob Description

This individual contributor role involves managing assigned service contracts, ensuring compliance, and providing timely reporting to customers. The position requires updating system records, generating reports, coordinating with internal teams, and handling escalations related to open tasks. As business needs evolve, additional responsibilities may be assigned to meet customer expectations.

ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee assigned contracts to ensure compliance and resolve contract-related issues.Handle escalations for aged open tasks with contractors and seek immediate resolution.Gather information promptly to produce required reports for customers.Provide daily and/or weekly reports in predefined formats to designated customers.Distribute tasks from the service operations email inbox on a day-to-day basis.Review monthly invoices from Finance to ensure accuracy and alignment with services provided.Supervise and support contract team members; establish weekly touchpoints.Develop and distribute monthly scorecards for contract customers.Create scopes, pricing, and frameworks for new contracts and renewals.Act as the first point of contact for team and customer escalations.Perform quarterly reviews of contract profitability.Essential SkillsContracts administrationCustomer serviceMicrosoft OfficeAdministrative supportHigh School diploma requiredAbility to accurately type 55 WPM2+ years experience in MS Office Suite (Excel strong user - creating and using formulas)2+ years experience working with customer contractsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple open tasks tied to contractsStrong business acumen and problem-solving skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailTeam-oriented with the ability to work across functions and adapt to different processesAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in manufacturing/fueling corporations is a plusExperience using Oracle is a plus (Data Reporting Tools)BI tools, Power BI, SmartSheetsTransform raw data into meaningful insightsBachelor's degree is a plusWork Environment

This is a hybrid role with flexibility from the manager. The primary focus is on the work being done, and as long as you are working, that is the main concern.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47.00 - $47.00/hr.
