As a CBRE Contract Support, you will provide advanced Operations and administrative support to a large Business Unit, Facility, or Account.
**What You’ll Do:**
**OPERATIONS**
+ Evaluate processes and procedures and identify opportunities to improve service delivery in country. Make recommendations to management.
+ Advocate business development in country supporting Solution and transition for new clients
+ Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve escalated inquiries and requests from the accounts in country.
+ Assist with client team requests in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Act as first point of contact for Support Function teams in country (Ops Lead, People, Finance, Procurement, HSE)
+ Promote the improvement of the working conditions related to HSE ensuring the implementation of all proposed measures
**ADMIN TASKS**
+ influence to impact performance and maintain competitive advantage alongside financial and contract support leadership and direction in the Business Unit. Act as point of liaison for Finance and Commercial issues for the Client and Contract teams.
+ Respond to escalated client inquiries and concerns and ensure timely and quality service delivery and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
+ Understand the scope of the contract and make sure that all work is carried out accordingly.
+ Create work orders and assign them subcontractors and vendors as needed. Generate complex reports on open and closed work orders and check status with the appropriate technician or vendor.
+ Review vendor files and check the accuracy of completed paperwork. Train partners on work orders and billing procedures.
+ Process invoices and ensure accurate cost center coding.
+ Respond to inquiries on financial reports for Accounts Receivable, Payable, and open POs.
+ Assist with the preparation and delivery of monthly Contract and Business Unit reviews.
+ Attend on-site inspections and log hazards & customer feedback.
+ Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.
+ Has direct accountability over keeping in good order the material / non-material objects received in their care.
+ Ad-hoc reporting as requested by line manager or Managing Director
**What You’ll Need:**
+ High School Diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
+ Demonstrate Proactivity and Effective communication in managing relations with internal and external clients
+ Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
+ Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
+ Candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrate appropriate conduct and behaviour
