About the Role:
As a CBRE Contract Support Consultant, you will oversee the administrative management of supplier contracts, certifications, and documentation consistent with internal and client requirements. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
What You’ll Do:
• Evaluate and administer agreements for contracted services. This includes preparing new contracts, renewals, and amendments.
• Coordinate compliance procedures, facility maintenance, and landscaping requirements with vendors.
• Identify safety, operational, and maintenance issues. Schedule support for special facility maintenance and repair projects.
• Track vendor performance utilizing established and new processes and systems. Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with the project management process involving internal and external contributors and vendors.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.
What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
