HOW AN CONTRACT SUPPORT ASSISTANT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Printing, filing, reviewing and editing contract documents.Obtaining signatures as required.Compiling documents for review and execution.Maintaining contract files in accordance with procedures.Assisting with archiving old contract files.Performing data entry and updating the invoice database.Conducting research and compiling reports for presentations.Conducting other duties as assigned.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Required Education: AA/AS and 5+years of experienceRequired Technical Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Required Skills and Abilities:Basic understanding of the contracting process.Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing to convey information clearly and conciselyApply critical thinking skills.Attention to detail to minimize clerical errors and mistakes.Strong organizational and time management skills.Independently manage tasks and responsibilities.Strong initiative; willingness to learn.Great customer service skillsSecurity Clearance Level: Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility.Location: On Customer Site, Arlington, VAGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:
